Chancellor

Chancellor

Ted Tooher finished last year’s race in 43rd overall and 12th in Division 2 after being on the receiving end of a penalty. He contested the 2013 Gold Coast Race, but retired, joining nine others who did not have time to finish the excruciatingly slow and challenging race. A regular in CYCA offshore events with this fourth yacht of the same name, this one being the former Pretty Fly II, Tooher says Chancellor is now on the water crewed and ready for blue water race success, starting with the Gold Coast and finishing with the Hobart race. He is a Beneteau fanatic, first owning a Beneteau 33 then a 40.7 followed by a First 40 and his current 47.7.
