Yendys

Geoff Ross’ Reichel/Pugh 55 Yendys, the first grand prix yacht out of McConaghy International’s boatyard in China, was launched just prior to the Rolex Trophy in 2006 (where it finished second in division 1).  In 2007, Yendys was very competitive with strong finishes in major offshore races in the sailing calendar including the Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race where she placed 2nd in IRC Division B, and was the overall winner of the IRC Racing division at 2007 Audi Hamilton Island Race Week.  Additionally Yendys placed 2nd in the Rolex Trophy in Division 0/1 and 3rd in the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race (Division B).
