.	Light winds test crews during round three of the Audi IRC Australian Championship The penultimate round of the 2011 Audi IRC Australian Championship has been run and won with crews making a slow trip north in the annual Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race.

.	Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race coming to a close Only Jonathan Stone’s 34ft yacht Illusion (NSW) remains at sea this morning and her arrival will bring the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia’s 26th Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race to a close.

Living Doll declared IRC winner of Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race
Victorian yacht Living Doll (Michael Hiatt) has today been declared the IRC overall winner of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia’s 26th Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race, while Loki (Stephen Ainsworth), last year’s winner, is second and Ragamuffin (Syd Fischer) third.

Yachts Slowly Trickling Home in Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race
This morning at 7.30am, only 14 yachts had finished the 26th Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race this morning, but the slow trickle effect is taking place, as at least 16 yachts will follow one after the other until around 1.00pm, with a break before the smaller yachts in the fleet start arriving at Southport from 4.00pm onwards.

Rob Reynolds acquired Exile just prior to the 2009 Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race. The DK46 draws three design criteria together to achieve the highest performance IRC cruiser/racer; a hull and foils optimized for racing; a specification that provides a competitive IRC rating; and a spacious and comfortable interior. The result is a genuinely dual purpose yacht. In last year’s Audi Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race, Exile placed fourth in IRC Division 2.
