With the Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race start located in the stunning Sydney Harbour there are many vantage points of which to watch the race unfold.

 

Rosman Cruises' classic ferry, Royale, built back in 1974, is now taking spectator bookings for the start of the 2023 Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race on Saturday 29 July.

Take your place beside the race yachts at the exciting start of the Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race, the first race of the CYCA's Audi Centre Sydney Blue Water Pointscore and season-opener for yachts heading north in the spring racing circuit.
Every guest enjoys premier views of the race start and live race commentary. Royale follows the fleet from a privileged position to provide a unique spectator experience.

The pick up and set down location is the end of A-Arm, Cruising Yacht Club of Australia Marina, New Beach Road, Darling Point.

Set Down - 1400hrs

Once again the Noakes Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race will start in the stunning Sydney Harbour. Yachts will take to the harbour on the last Saturday of July and make their way through Sydney Heads and turn north to head up the New South Wales north coast and cross the boarder in to Queensland to the finish line at Main Beach.

With the many headlands and bays of Sydney Harbour, there will be many vantage points both on and off the water from which viewers are able to come and spectate for the start of this amazing race. 

During the race there will be all the latest information on the News page with regular updates, images and videos. From the starting horn until the boats reach the finish line you can follow the entrants every moves with the Race Tracker and stay up to date with how the positions are playing out on the Standings page.
