This Beneteau 40.7 was the Overall winning boat in last year’s Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race when it raced as First National Real Estate.  David Beak, one of the boat’s owners, will skipper it north with John Joyce as navigator. Some minor changes have been made to the boat since its top result last December and the crew is hoping for a divisional win in this race.
