George Snow has held the Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race record of 27 hours 35 minutes 03 seconds since 1999. A three-time line honours winner in this race, George and his regular crew, including John Mitchell, Stephen Byron, Geoff Cropley, Erik Adriannes and Tony Hearder, are synonymous with this event.
This champion Jutson 79 will be the largest boat in the fleet and will be taking on the might of the new canting keeled Wild Oats, AAPT and the two Volvo 60s for a fourth line honours win.
